Fully Grouted Sleeve

The Groutec F model does not need any bar end preparation and is a fully grouted connection solution.

Groutec is designed and manufactured in compliance with Eurocode 2, BS 8110, ACI 318, IBC, AASHTO.

Product features & benefits

  • Compatible with bar grades up to 600 or grade 60 and 80 as per ASTM A615/A706.
  • Groutec F connection does not require any rebar preparation.
  • At the construction site, connection is made in a few seconds by injecting/pouring non-shrink grout into the cavity.
  • Horizontal or vertical connections, in upper or lower element, Groutec can do it all!
  • Our products complies with AS/NZS 4671:2019 and are meeting the Australian standard “AS 3600”.

Top performance in a slim design

Groutec S is a mechanical splicing designed for the connection of precast elements. Each Groutec sleeve features a threaded end used for the connection to reinforcement at the precast factory and a cavity to perform a grout connection at site. Groutec S is designed and manufactured in compliance with Eurocode 2, BS 8110, ACI 318, IBC, AASHTO.

Product features & benefits

  • Compatible with ribbed or deformed reinforcing bars in diameters from Ø12 to 40 mm, in grades up to 500 MPa (60 ksi).
  • Groutec S can connect bars prepared with any of Dextra thread systems: Rolltec, Bartec and Fortec.
  • At the construction site, connection is made in a few seconds by injecting/pouring non-shrink grout into the cavity.
  • Horizontal or vertical connections, in upper or lower element, Groutec can do it all!
  • Our products complies with AS/NZS 4671:2019 and are meeting the Australian standard “AS 3600”.

The Full Tolerance Precast Splice

Groutec L is a mechanical splicing designed for the connection of precast elements. Each Groutec L sleeve features a threaded end for the connection to reinforcement bars at the precast factory and a wide body allowing for more misalignment tolerance for the connection of two precast elements at site.

Groutec L is designed and manufactured in compliance with Eurocode 2, BS8110, ISO 15835, ACI 318 type 2, and AASHTO code requirements
